What to Expect When You Reach Out
Taking the first step toward working with someone new can feel like a lot, but I promise it doesn’t need to be. My goal is to make this process as stress-free as possible.

What You Need to Know About Working Together
A few things to know before we connect:
Telehealth only — All sessions are fully virtual. You just need a private space, a stable internet connection, and a device to connect from. As long as you're located in Florida, we can work together.
Session fees — My therapy services are offered through a tiered, anti-oppressive pricing structure because access to money, rest, and care isn’t equal. Feel free to visit my FAQ page to get a better understanding of the three tiers I offer and complete our therapy fee questionnaire to see where you land.
Insurance — TSW is not in-network with any insurances, but you can still use your insurance to offset the cost of therapy. Many clients use their out-of-network benefits to receive anywhere from 30-80% back from their insurance. I've partnered with Thrizer to make that process more seamless for you.
Cancellation policy — I ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Each calendar year you'll have one complimentary cancellation, no questions asked.
